AMRAP in 12 minutes:
12 Burpees
12 Kettlebell Snatch (Men: 52lbs  Women: 35lbs)
100m Farmer’s Walk (Men: 2x52lbs  Women:  2x35lbs)

Event #2
3 Rep Max Front Squat
Athletes will get two attempts at a 3RM Front Squat

After the 1st two events, scores will be tallied and only athletes in the top 65% of each category will move on.

Event #3a
For Time:
Row 1250m

Event #3b
Immediately after finishing the 1250m row, as many reps as possible in 3 minutes:
Men:  Muscle Ups
Masters:  Chest to bar pullups
Women:  Chest to bar pullups

As many reps as possible in two minutes of each movement, with one minute rest in between.  Movements may be done in any order.
Deadlifts (Men/Masters: 225lbs  Women: 155lbs)
Box Jumps (Men/Masters: 24″  Women: 20″)
KB Swings (Men/Masters: 52lbs  Women: 35lbs)
