Athletes will get two attempts at a 3RM Front Squat
After the 1st two events, scores will be tallied and only athletes in the top 65% of each category will move on.
Immediately after finishing the 1250m row, as many reps as possible in 3 minutes:
Men: Muscle Ups
Masters: Chest to bar pullups
Women: Chest to bar pullups
As many reps as possible in two minutes of each movement, with one minute rest in between. Movements may be done in any order.

Box Jumps (Men/Masters: 24″ Women: 20″)
KB Swings (Men/Masters: 52lbs Women: 35lbs)
